Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Unless it’s a preorder item, if so you’ll receive information periodically updating the process of your order.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During high-demand releases or limited drops, processing times may be extended

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier, location, or preorder items.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

Lionel Henry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Lionel Henry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contacting the shipping provider directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees

These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in your order total.
